About

I make complex flows clear.

I work on complex systems and find where the funnel breaks: business rules, users (HCD), processes that need to be simpler. Every flow I design starts from research.

I also design conversational flows (CxD). I build and train AI assistants: flow architecture, UX writing, lead qualification and handover to human teams.

I've designed platforms for cybersecurity, e-commerce, tech, agribusiness (seed producers and timber operations), aquaculture, compliance, automotive and government. I specialize in dashboards and SaaS products, and I also work on web apps and native mobile.
